So Zoe

It’s no secret that I am obsessed with watch The Rachel Zoe Project and am an enormous fan of Rachel Zoe herself. (For those of you not in the know: 1) Shame on you and 2) Rachel Zoe is a celebrity stylist slash fashion know all (literally all) for celebs such as Cameron Diaz, Anne Hathaway, Kate Hudson, etc. etc.)               ie. She is fabulous.

And this fall we common folk can be fabulous too, because Rachel Zoe has come out with her first ready-to-wear line for the upcoming season. Get your credit cards out because I’m going to show you a few of my favorite pieces!

(Above) The double-breasted jacket in the middle is my absolute favorite piece in the collection. It’s edgy and streamlined, but still feminine. As for the two looks on the left, I would wear both of them to a New Year’s party in a heartbeat.

(Below) I love the preppy/retro cardigan right-center, and all of the layering in the flirty red party dress… and of course, all of the shoes.

Overall, I can’t find a single piece in this tailored, 1970s-inspired collection that I wouldn’t wear. With the pieces already selling in numerous places across the country, I imagine the collection will be an extraordinary success for her.  I can’t wait to tune in to the newest season of The Rachel Zoe Project (starting September 6th – expect a post, of course) and see if there are any mentions of the collection’s production in the first episode.

Until then, I think we’d all agree, this collection…is…bananas.

  1. I adore her. No joke. And that collection is stunning. I especially love the red dress and the second-to-last look.
